My focus is on Functional Fitness - incorporating Strength, Agility, Balance, Mobility and Co-ordination.
I provide individual / small group training as well as running a number of Functional Fitness Classes in South Birmingham.
Qualifications include Level 4 Postural Stability Training, Level 3 Exercise Referrral / Personal trainer and MovNat (Natural Movement) Instructor.
